This spectacular 10,000 square foot property is truly one of a kind: a 4-storey tower located in the center of the Island of Ischia, situated on a hectare of private property. The property boasts several guest houses, an enormous garden and pool area, an outdoor barbecue and pizza area, and a series of bedrooms and living room spaces connected by an elevator.

The tower bedroom, located on the top floor, is like its own independent unit: a double bedroom with its own half bathroom that connects, down a flight of steps, to the third floor.

The third floor boasts a double bedroom, full living room, two couches (one pulls out into a double bed), a kitchen with full amenities and dining for six, a separate dining area for four and a full bathroom with bathtub. The living and bedrooms offer views out over the garden and pool area. A small terrace, located up a small flight of steps, provides a wonderful sea view overlooking Naples and the islands.

The second floor, down a flight of steps from the tower, is where three bedrooms are located, all with en-suite bathrooms. The second floor also boasts a small terrace.

The entrance on the first floor takes you through a small foyer that goes either straight into the kitchen or into a large, open-plan living and dining area, which includes various lounging areas and a glass dining table for 12. The living area blends into a room equipped like a pub - a full bar setup with 3 bar stools, a bathroom, sink, small refrigerator.

The large island kitchen boasts all amenities to create culinary masterpieces, including an internal barbeque/grill. Another dining area, set within the kitchen, offers a large, stone dining table for eight. The kitchen leads into a staff bedroom area with 2 single beds and a staff bathroom with shower (for guests or non-guest staff).

The first guesthouse, located on the basement floor of the property, boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms; a living room and dining room with seating for six and an island kitchen with full amenities including a double oven, 7-range stovetop and bar seating for three. This guesthouse also enjoys a large, external dining/lounge area as well as a washing machine.

The second guesthouse (which can sleep eight, but is perfect for four) is located in the garden and consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living room is connected to the kitchen, which offers full amenities including a 5-range stovetop and three small refrigerators. The kitchen leads into a bedroom with four single beds. The living room leads into the third double room. This guesthouse also enjoys an external dining area with seating for eight and a washing machine.

The external gardens, about 1.5 acres in total, offer space for everything from parking to parties. Ample parking space abounds and the property is a perfect venue for a private event or party. The pool deck boasts a pool house with bathroom and two showers. The large swimming pool has a slide and diving board. The pool deck extends to a large, covered external barbeque and pizza dining area with a large pizza oven, 2 large grills and a third, mobile barbeque. The dining area boasts a refrigerator/freezer, double sink area, and 4-range stovetop. It is a spectacular outdoor cooking and dining area with picnic-style bench seating and couch areas with sofas and glass dining table. Children will also appreciate the playground space, with swing set and slide.
