Villa La Veduta, a mixture between modern and rare, is situated approximately a two minute walk from Praiano's main Duomo, then down 153 steps to the main gated entrance. Situated right along the coastline, the property enjoys a private entrance by sea, up a flight of 202 steps that take you from the beach to the villa's pool deck.

The format of the property allows for guests to flow from the interior onto the large, panoramic terraces that surround the property. The entrance leads straight into the kitchen, where two wooden dining tables for 12 guests sit below large chandeliers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-range stovetop, oven, microwave, American coffee pot, and many more accessories at guests' disposal. The living room, situated off of the entrance study, is large and modern with white decor, 17-foot high ceilings, and provides direct access onto the large panoramic terrace. The living room on the second floor boasts a large fireplace, an L-shaped sofa with coffee table and panoramic windows with views out to the Island of Capri and the town of Positano. Guests will surely enjoy the adjoining breakfast terrace with ceramic table and chairs.

The tower dependence - consisting of two floors - is located off the pool deck, its entrance either directly from the garden or up a flight of 20 steps to the tower.

The villa's beachfront apartment is found down the path of 164 steps that lead from the villa's pool deck to the beach. The unit has a couch, which pulls out to the double bed, as well as a fireplace, lovely beachside terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower. The unit is located 38 steps up from the beach, where there is a public bathing facility and seaside restaurant. Guests can rent umbrellas and beach lounge chairs; food can also be delivered from the restaurant up to the villa.

The gardens and terraces thread all over the property, covering approximately 33,000 square feet. Of special note is the large, panoramic terrace at the front of the house overlooking the Amalfi Coast and Positano, with a large, glass dining table and seating for eight guests. The gardens finish behind the house with a large pizza oven and wine cellar. These features will surely be enjoyed by guests as much as the six-person Jacuzzi, small gym, sauna, and massage table, all available to contribute to the perfect holiday at Villa La Veduta.

PLEASE NOTE - Villa La Veduta is located on very mountainous terrain. Although this lends itself to stunning views, it also means the property has many steps, in some cases quite steep. If any members of your party have any difficulty with stairs, please speak with a Villa Specialist to make sure this property is suitable for your group.

Additional Information

Guests can use the kitchen to prepare cold plates; hot plates are to be prepared by villa staff only.

The property is not staffed with a chef. A chef can be employed as follows:

• Option 1: A series of menus are provided to guests to help them facilitate choices for lunches & dinners. Guests can interchange items on the menus and create their own from what is presented. In this scenario, they will pay roughly € 50/person for lunch, € 70/person for dinner and the cost of the chef, food and beverages (water, house wine) will be incorporated in this per-person cost.
• Option 2: Clients pay a forfeit price for the chef services for the entire week (please inquire with one of our Villa Specialists for a quote). Food cost is additional and payable on site, or clients can attend to the shopping themselves.
• If neither of the above options fit, guests may be allowed to use the kitchen to prepare hot meals independently and will incur an additional security deposit of € 10,000 (for a total security deposit of € 20,000) which is required to be collected with the balance payment.
